Job Summary:
F&A Admin supports daily accounting and financial administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution of key schedules such as monthly closing, quarterly closing, and year-end closing. This role requires strong execution skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle accurate data entry, documentation management, and expense settlement support.
Responsibilities
[Accounting Operations]
- Assist with journal entry input and validation (AP/AR, general journals, etc.)
- Support expense settlement: collect receipts, match supporting documents, and organize/input corporate card usage
- Compile and manage issued/received tax invoices
- Maintain AR/AP and outstanding receivables/payables lists
- Assist in preparing and reviewing month-end closing materials and checklists
- Support communication with external accounting/tax firms (document submission, basic inquiries)
[Finance Administration / Document Management]
- Manage accounting-related contracts, agreements, and vendor master data (filing and maintaining lists)
- Support inbound/outbound mail and courier handling (including external documents to/from tax offices, financial institutions, etc.)
- Assist in preparing internal approvals, purchase/expense requests, and SAP entries
- Support documentation of accounting policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure compliance with internal regulations (expenses, document retention, personal data, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, accounting, finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.), including basic functions and pivot tables
- Basic understanding in accounting concepts and processes (journal entries, AP/AR, vouchers, etc.)
- Ability to communicate in English
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months or longer period of internship / work experience in accounting, finance, or administration
- Experience in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, 더존, Workday, etc.)
