Responsibilities
1. Sales Planning & Performance Management

Support the establishment of annual/quarterly sales and revenue targets

Maintain and update the sales pipeline and order backlog data
-
Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports (Target vs. Actual) for management
-
Monitor and analyze project-specific cost structures and profit margins
-
Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making within the business unit
2. Project & Operations Support

Assist in bidding processes and proposal writing; manage cost accounting and contract amendments

Monitor and conduct profit/loss analysis for IT projects; manage billing milestones and settlement processes
3. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Assist & Review domestic and international contracts; manage performance guarantees (RG) and Letters of Credit (L/C)

Handle Export Licenses (EL) and ensure compliance with trade regulations

Manage communications and VOC (Voice of Customer) for key clients (e.g., DAPA, ADD, or enterprise clients)

Coordinate with the Finance/Legal teams to ensure compliance with international trade regulations
4. Market Intelligence
- Conduct research on global shipping trends (clarkson data, etc.) and competitor activities

Support the preparation of presentation materials for client meetings and bidding processes

Maintain CRM/ERP systems to ensure data integrity for customers and sales leads

Prepare professional reports and presentation decks for executive briefings
Minimum Qualifications
-
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Sales Support, Business Planning, or Maritime management

Data Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, complex formulas) and experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)

Strong interpersonal skills to navigate internal departments and external stakeholders

Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Maritime industry or Large-scale IT Service providers

Understanding of Software Project Costing guidelines

Experience in cross-functional coordination skills (acting as a bridge between Engineers, Sales, and Finance)
