Responsibilities

BU Profit and Loss Management: Manage profit and loss (P&L), perform detailed analyses, and consistently present findings to the leadership team.

Working Capital Optimization: Supervise and ensure the enhancement of working capital by providing precise reporting, executing transactions efficiently, and collaborating with business partners.
- Financial Performance Evaluation: Evaluate financial outcomes, including revenue, margin, accounts receivable (AR), and backlog, providing comprehensive performance insights.
- Korea Region Accounting Operations: Oversee accounting activities relevant to regional issues and support the consolidation of financial data for regular reporting purposes as a senior Korea accounting specialist.
- Tax Planning and Compliance: Manage and plan for various tax obligations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations for the Korea region.
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic partner and advisor to effectively manage business operations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams to provide essential financial support.
- Audit Management: Manage internal and external audit processes effectively.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between the Korea entity and corporate/regional offices, facilitating clear and effective communication channels. Collaborate with key stakeholders at both the corporate and local levels to align goals, initiatives, and priorities.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, or business fields

10+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting (General accounting, taxation, treasury, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience in managerial finance and reports (Revenue analysis, Budget planning & execution, project accounting)
- Experience in initiating & driving analytics business, projects and delivering actionable recommendations
- Knowledge in IT industry and project execution
- Proficiency in written and verbal communications in both Korean and English
- Ability to travel internationally
- Proficiency in critical thinking and problem solving
