Responsibilities
- Analyze and respond to security requirements based on IACS UR E26/E27 and RMF standards
- Conduct Vulnerability Assessment (VA), Penetration Testing (PT), and Risk Analysis (RA) for onboard systems
- Perform threat modeling and risk assessment for ship design
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, guidelines, and technical documentation
- Analyze technical requirements from clients (shipyards, shipowners, defense agencies) and propose solutions
- Lead technical meetings and communication with clients, including presentations, demos, and Proof of Concept (PoC)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Security, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or network/system security
- Understanding of industrial security standards such as IACS, RMF, NIST
- Practical experience in network security, system security, and vulnerability analysis
- Practical experience with vulnerability assessment tools
- Experience in Linux/Windows hardening, endpoint protection, and log analysis
- Proficiency in English communication skills (preferred for global collaboration)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in designing and implementing cybersecurity architecture for integrated IT/OT systems in maritime environments
- Experience in establishling and applyling security policies for OT equipment and Purdue model-based systems
- Experience as a security consultant
- Experience in maritime or industrial control system (ICS/SCADA) security
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, GICSP, or Security+
- Experience collaborating with classification societies, shipyards, or shipping companies
