Responsibilities
- Identify customer requirements and business opportunities in the maritime industry and manage project and meeting schedules for domestic and international clients/partners and follow up
- Support pre-sales activities, including customer presentations, proposal development, quotations, RFI/RFP responses, technical materials, and contracts
- Build and maintain relationships with ship owners, shipyards, classification societies, and business partners
- Communicate and coordinate project progress with internal and external stakeholders, track project progress, risks, and issues, and prepare internal reporting documents
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Support sales activities, commercial discussions, and business development initiatives to drive business growth, including assisting in marketing activities and operations, exhibitions, seminars, and promotional materials
- Draft, translate, and manage global collaboration documents, including English emails, meeting minutes, proposals, and reports
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience in customer management or operations in the maritime industry
- Deep understanding of ship operation, ship building, ship classification, and IT/OT system deployment
- Willingness to learn about IT, Industry, Technology and with strong communication competencies
- Proficiency in English (preferred for global collaboration)
