Job Summary:

The Project Support role assists in the execution of shipbuilding projects by supporting material delivery schedules in line with vessel construction timelines.

This position coordinates communication among shipyards, shipowners, and partners, and supports overall project operations through documentation, reporting, and issue coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting ordering and delivery schedule management for maritime equipment in line with vessel construction timelines
  • Communicating with shipyards, shipowners, and partners, and collecting and organizing related data
  • Supporting the management and updating of technical and contractual documents, including contracts, specifications, and drawings
  • Coordinating with relevant departments when issues arise, and preparing meeting materials and minutes
  • Preparing various project-related reports and performance summaries, and entering data into internal systems

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Experience in project support, operations support, or administrative roles

  • Strong documentation and data management skills (MS Office, etc.)
  • Good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the maritime equipment, shipbuilding, or offshore industry

  • Experience working in project-based environments

  • Experience using ERP or project management systems
  • English communication skills (email and document comprehension level)
