Job Summary:
This position is part of the Chief of Staff Office and is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the business unit by providing administrative and executive support.
Responsibilities

Business Unit Operations Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative and operational support within the business unit, including recruitment coordination and expense management

Business Development Team Support: Conduct market/industry trend research and support business research activities to contribute to successful business development

Executive Support: Manage schedules for business unit executives, arrange domestic/international travel, provide visa support and etc.

Internal Event Planning and Operations: Plan and manage internal events such as business unit town hall meetings, workshops, and team-building activities

Communication: Collaborate with HQ and governance teams to communicate key announcements and updates within the business unit

General Administrative Support: Perform additional administrative and operational tasks required to support business unit operations
Minimum Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in any field, including but not limited to business, operations, planning, HR/General Affairs, marketing, or finance.

Experience in manufacturing or IT industries
